Earlier this week team extreme met up with Matt Brush for a photo shoot highlighting some recently acquired Lululemon gear. After raiding equipment from CF HEL - Jerome and Jennifer headed over to the beautiful and old historic Washington High School with Matt and his crew to show off their CrossFit moves... and... yes... plenty of onlookers asking "what kind of work out is that?!"
